Goods supplied remain the property of CROCKS at all times.
Full payment of the total hire charge is payable on delivery or collection. We require a deposit for larger functions during busy periods.
Deliveries to unoccupied premises are made at the hirer's risk.
The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the goods from the time of delivery to collection. Shortages or breakages will be charged for at the replacement cost.
All boxes must be returned in their original condition. A charge will be made for any lost or damaged containers.
THE HIRE PRICE INCLUDES DISHWASHING, but delivery and collection at times to suit, will be extra, and quoted for when the order is made. Alternatively you can collect and return the goods yourself.
Damage to table linen resulting in tears or burns will be charged for at the replacement cost.
Prices quoted are per event. Longer periods are subject to negotiation.
No responsibility can be accepted for injury or damage caused by the hire equipment.
A cancellation fee will be payable of 50% (less than 48 hours notice)
We accept Debit and Credit cards (Credit Cards will incur a 2% charge)
