1) Goods supplied at all times remain the property of CROCKS. 2) Full payment of the total hire charge is payable on delivery or collection. We require a deposit for larger functions during busy periods. 3) Deliveries to unoccupied premises are made at the hirer's risk. 4) The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the goods from the time of delivery to collection. Shortages or breakages will be charged for at replacement cost. 5) All packing boxes must be returned in their original condition. A charge will be made for any lost or damaged containers. 6) THE HIRE PRICE INCLUDES DISHWASHING, but delivery and collection at times to suit, will be extra, and quoted for when the order is made. Alternatively you can collect and return the goods yourself. 7) TABLE LINEN MUST NOT BE RETURNED DAMP OR WET as this can cause mildew. Damage resulting from mildew/tears/burn/biro marks will be charged for at the replacement cost. 8) Prices quoted are per event. Longer periods are subject to negotiation. 9) No responsibility can be accepted for injury or damage caused by the hire equipment, or its use however caused. 10) A cancellation fee will be payable of :- 30%( less than 10days notice) 70%(less than 72 hours notice) Although this may be waivered if there are extenuating circumstances.
